Absolutely terrible company with even worse representatives and brokers. My agent was Baljinder and he is as lazy as they come. I should've seen the warning signs. From the first month they were overcharging me. I was told the difference was because we are being charged 11 months instead of 12 so the extra month is divided among the others, now at the end of our term he stated we would not be receiving a refund. To put it simply, my contract was for $2419 for 12 months of insurance coverage, after checking how much was debited from my account I have paid in excess of $2,800. When I asked him about this he told me I was supposed to install an application on my phone that he never told me about nor was it outlined on our contract. The only thing he points to is that there is a "miscellaneous discount" on the contract which he stated I should've inquired about. Absolute scam of a broker and should not be allowed to operate this way.
