I had a horrible customer service experience with this company. when i was expressing my experience and how i wasnt happy with the service the person said its ok he has other customers and didnt need my business. The car smelled of curry and the driver didnt help US with our bags from pick up and drop off. Also over charged us with the original quote. I will never use them again and dont suggest anyone else to as well. They are rude, unapologetic and over all bad customer service.
