On the Sure Slim program I am losing 2 - 5 lbs a week.(Even 1.5lbs a week that I had a 'cheating' day.) I really enjoy the meal plan and don't find it hard to follow. Because there is so much flexibility in the proteins, veggies and fruits you can choose it really doesn't feel like a diet.
