Osborne Florists

I ordered a arrangement from them as I live in the US. The delivery was 2 days late and the arrangement looked not even close to what was on their website. I sent pictures back to the shop and which the lady told me you get what you pay for and they did the best of suffice the arrangement with what they had in stock. She never called to let me know that they were out of anything that went in the arrangement. Also she said I should never go by the pictures on the website as they could be photoshopped so that tells me that nothing you order online or over the phone is going to look anything like they have on their website. Will never do business with this company again and I expect to nobody else should either.
