Newgrowth Tree Services

This star is not for the work that NewGrowth did for us, because they didn't do any. This would be a no-star review if possible, as their communication & therefore, customer service, is non-existent. We arranged for Bob Kirby to come and chip a large pile of branches on our front lawn. He was working on another property on our road & agreed to come later that week. After several weeks & several unanswered texts & phone calls to him asking if he would just advise us if he no longer wanted the work so that we could make other arrangements, my husband saw him again on our road & asked if he was still planning to chip our branches. He said he was & would do it soon... we have heard nothing since and we're now nearly two months since we first talked with him. After another unanswered phone call, we called another company who came the next day. All we needed from NewGrowth was a message that they could no longer do the work... eg. communication & customer service!
