Montreal Florist - Vancouver

ordered a plant form this company for my mother's 92nd birthday in Montreal. Because I live in Toronto, I relied on Lucie, the woman I spoke to ,to advise me on the purchase. She suggested a gardenia plant that cost almost ninety dollars with delivery. When my mother received it, it was small and wilted. When I called to complain I got a very sharp and arrogant response. They refused to refund my money or send an alternative without a photo. Given that I live in Toronto, this is totally impractical and my mother does not have the technology. A huge waste of money and a big disappointment.
