On April 1 we had some water damage to our basement I contacted service master Midland They told me that they were very busy and could not get anybody out to our home until April 2 I asked that they phone before coming out so I could be ready for them. No body showed up nor did they get in contact with me. Later that day I phone Paul Clements project Manager leaving him a message on his cell phone letting him know my concerns of getting mould in the basement (no response ) then I email him no response I then phone the service master again closed transfer to hot line took my info waited no Response April 4th phone sever master 8 am sharp got to talk to a rep Jennifer at service master Midland told her that nobody has gotten back to my she informed she would get back to me That did not happen Service Master Midland is not a company I would recommend if you are in need of help with any disaster that might happen to your home Victoria Harbour Ontario
