BEWARE.. bunch of SCAM artist. charged me 1%. kept delaying it till last minute. bunch of excuses every time. In the end we had to pay 2500$ to request for a 4 days extension through builder. at the last day of extension, he stopped answering his phone calls. we had no choice but to ask the builder for a second extension. luckily the builder agreed for another 5 days, penalizing us 3000$. we were told by the builder that if we don't close this deal not only we were gonna loose our deposit of 35000$ but also there will be a civil lawsuit filed from the builder for his damages. we ended up getting private funds for a 1 year term at interest only basis. given the short time left. the lender also charged us 10,000$ one time broker fee. i am stuck with this 3000$ monthly interest only payments plus a bunch of cash down the drain. this whole process was very painful. this could have been avoided if SUKHDIP the broker had known what he was doing . AVOID this {expletive}
