The Bay

Was just here two nights ago with a good friend of mine...we decided to take a peak at the kitchenware because she had gotten a cusineart mixer as a gift but wanted to exchange the color only.After searching for awhile, I found ONE left in the color red she wanted. she was afraid that it would get sold before she could come back to exchange it so I advised her to put it on hold. She didn't think the store would do it since it is the holidays & it was the last one. I convinced her to ask anyway, so we went to the cashier & she explained her situation. The cashier listened and said it wouldnt be a problem...how cool is that?? I know MANY places that would not consider holding any items during the holidays...and if they did, definitely NOT the last of an item!She even went a step above and said she'd hold it til saturday just in case she couldnt make it back the next day! I was extremely impressed with the customer service here! =)
