Sub-par workmanship. They charge as much, if not more that any other body shop. They also like to cut corners and skip things like primer to save a dollar. We had a vehicle in with them for a small repair, factory generic white vehicle, they painted the wrong colour of white, left runs and overspray over everything. We complained upon pick up and asked them to fix, they plain as day told us to get out and refused to release the vehicle until voice was paid in full. Invoice was $1200 more than quoted, no phone call for authorization. Our vehicles are GPS tracked, we received notification that our vehicle was traveling at speeds of excess of 150km/hr while in the possession of this repair shop. Since the repair was done, all of the paint in the repaired location has bubbled off due to rust because they did not prime or prep the area.
