I just had my Toshiba laptop screen replaced here. Unlike the big chain retailers (Staples wanted to charge me $50 simply to tell me what was wrong with my laptop), these guys offer on-the-spot diagnosis and cost estimate absolutely free. If they can't fix it, you don't pay anything. Service was very fast and efficient and I was only charged $20 for the repair itself.
