Time to get in shape for the summer!! Personal/Group Training available. NO CONTRACTS. First session FREE and then $50 a session for one on one and $30 per person for paired training.

Home based for those with a gym and or Strive Fitness located in the Calgary NE Sports Facility, 401 – 33 Street NE, T2A 7R3

Dietary advice
Dependent on your level of fitness and personal goals, my programmes for personal and group trainining contain a mixture of the following activities:
Olympic weight Lifting
Speed agility and Plyometrics
Kickboxing
Interval Training
Circuit Training
Postural and muscle imbalance correction
PNF stretching and Myofascial release
Kettlebells
Battling ropes, tire flipping and prowler pushing

Tuesday 6-7pm Circuit Training
Thursday 6-7pm Beach body Boot Camp
Tuesday 1 -2.30pm Strength & Conditioning (Max 6 people)
Saturday 12-1pm - Beach body Boot Camp
Saturday 10-11.30am Strength & Conditioning (Max 6 people)

Pricing?!
Personal and Group Training: Paid Bi-Weekly
$50 an hour for one on one
$30 per person an hour for partner personal training (subject to greater discounts with extra individuals)
Fitness Classes: Paid on 1st of each month for the up coming month
Circuit Training
$40 a month
$12 drop in fee
Boot Camp
1 session a week = $50 a month
2 sessions a weeks = $85 a month
$15 drop in fee
Strength & Conditioning (Max 6 people)
1 class per week = $60 a month (Works out $15 per class)
2 classes per week = $ 110 a month (Works out $13.75 per class)
$20 drop in fee
