$50 per 60 minute session for Professional Counselling Services. Aarintaro is a private practise that offers professional, affordable psychotherapy. I believe counselling should be an option rather than a luxury. Affordable counselling means people can receive the amount of counselling they need/desire, without it causing financial difficulties. In addition to a low hourly rate, there is a sliding-scale option for low income clients.
My counselling techniques are eclectic. Each client has their own unique way of viewing the world, so I work to find the best techniques for each particular client. Technical training is of course, a necessity, but life experience brings knowledge to the therapeutic environment that cannot be obtained through books. I bring a wealth of life experience into the sessions, which makes me a very compassionate, caring, empathetic therapist. Many clients prefer to discuss issues with a counsellor who has "been there" – my life has taken me down many different paths, so chances are, I have been there. I believe I can be particularly helpful to parents who have lost children, or people who have lost friends/family through suicide, because these are among the many paths I've walked. I offer professional counselling/psychotherapy services for a variety of concerns that may be causing stress in your life.
