Mr. Joseph Wos, very poor skills and unlicensed carpenter, plumber, and electrician. No work ethics! In my case did not use licensed electricians or plumbers or get any work inspected by ticketed professionals. Most of the work required licensed pers to redo correctly and thus costing my thousands of dollars which was promised by him to rtn, never happened. Good luck with this guy and cant say that you were not given any review on workmanship!
