Description
Help clients achieve fitness goals through motivation, instruction, positive attitude, and general guidance. Clients can attain any goal pertaining to fitness and health with the proper guidance of a personal trainer. Clients will meet with personal trainer as often as possible (2-4 days per week recommended), and perform exercises in accordance with specific program made for each individual client. Sessions are generally one hour long and consist of a one on one client to personal trainer session where all focus is set on the client and their exercise routine. Progress will be tracked and charted as a motivational, organizational, efficiency guarantee tool that both the trainer and the client may use.
