We returned from Florida to find the house cold and NO working furnace. After a full week working with a local contractor and still no heat, we decided to move forward with the replacement of the 9 year old furnace. For a second opinion and quote, we contacted Justin Phillips and within hours he was at the house assessing the needs and making recommendations. The following day, we were back in the heat with a new Trane two stage furnace. His pricing was significantly lower than the company with whom we were initially working; his technicians were efficient, well prepared and replaced the furnace within an afternoon. The following day, Justin came to the house to check on the unit and make sure we were still comfortable with our new purchase. This level of "old fashioned customer service" and follow-up are WONDERFUL and certainly welcomed. Thank you Justin for your honesty and integrity.
