I purchased a kholer generator and instaled from him about 3 years ago was promised service.its been about 2 years not only cant i get service theres a recal om transfer switch.it could catch on fire and burn my house down.called him many times and he just keeps brushing me off with bull.im going to contact a lawyer next before my house burns down. Dont buy kholer generators if you want service they send you companys like robert electric
