I have 19 years of experience in the industry of drafting and design. I am very familiar with engineered floor systems and roof trusses and the capabilities these have. I have worked in the steel industry for a couple of years so I can utilize these options to design open areas that don't take a large hit to the budget, as the budget is the biggest obstacle you will need to overcome. I have drafted hundreds of decks and sunrooms in Halifax and surrounding areas to give clients the exterior oasis they are dreaming of. Today, there is a move toward large open areas, large basement rec. rooms and spectacular two storey tall walls for the views that are priceless. With a qualified structural Engineer at my finger tips (for a fee), this service can be incorporated and provided to you in your final set of construction drawings. 3D is also available for a fee through another independent company. After providing them with the CAD file they can do a 3D image which can be as simple as a view from the outside of your home or they can give you a complete walk through of what your inside will look like when completed, with all the styles and finishes you want. House design pricing varies from home to home depending on size, layout, levels and roof lines. Send me an email with your thoughts of size and levels and I will send you back a guaranteed quote for your house design. There will be no extras, so the price I quote you is the price you'll pay. (Engineering or 3D fees will be the exception). Pricing is paid in two installments, initial start up fee (50%) and the final payment (50%) at the completion of the project.
