We could not be more pleased with Anthony as a Realtor and a friend. Always courteous and considerate, adaptable in difficult situations and tenacious in negotiations on our behalf. In a word, an intelligent tireless worker. Anthony began by recommending what we could do to make the house more attractive without incurring unnecessary expense. He arranged professional cleaners for us; created a video-tour through the house and blitzed social and conventional media to generate intense interest. He then had an open house that attracted a host of agents, and set a date and deadline when we would accept offers. At the deadline we selected the best offers then, even with those that came in over asking price, Anthony began negotiating. ANd negotiating. Later that evening he had obtained an unconditional offer well over our asking price. In our informed opinion, Anthony is a Six Star Professional on a Five Star scale.
