Dr. Anna Neff of True Health Chiropractic Wellness Centre provides gentle and effective health care to the families of Milton, and the surrounding rural areas. Traditional chiropractic, as well as other low-force adjusting techniques (activator), therapeutic laser (low level/cold laser), contemporary medical acupuncture, and custom orthotics are provided in our office, resulting in pain relief, better immune system function, decreased stress, and ultimately, a higher quality of life.
Dr. Neff will fully address your health concerns at each visit so that you aren't being rushed through your appointments. Our office policy is to keep your appointments on time, and we offer early morning and evening hours for more convenience. In addition to chiropractic, you may wish to consult with our Registered Massage Therapists to complement your care and help you to achieve your health goals through an integrated and natural approach. The therapists are available Monday through Saturday.
