I have been going to Lipinski for a few years, but I will no longer be seeing her after today. I walked in to the office and was greeted by Lipinski yelling at an older woman telling her that she needs to call the office next week to book an appointment because her reception was on leave, and when the older woman asked what day would be best Lipinski rudely told her "I don't have time for this" and swiftly walked out of the room leaving me to watch the older woman struggle to get off the bed to grab her things and leave. As I am waiting for my appointment Lipinski approaches me and says "You do not have an appointment today".
