I have never called a hotel/motel to make a reservation in this province and encountered someone so rude who answered the phone - whoever the woman is who is the receptionist at this hotel should take a lesson in being courteous and friendly - she was incredibly rude and abrupt - I was shocked to encounter this over the phone - I asked her about available dates and it seemed as though I was causing an issue by simply calling - rude and obnoxious - they need to hire someone with a personality and some class to answer their phones!!
