Description

One reason for Santa Lucia Pizza's success is that they've always ensured that all menu items added over the years have been of the same high quality as their already famous pizza. They achieved this by sticking to their family's tradition of making fresh dough, bread, sauces, salad dressings, and the traditional Greek foods, all from scratch. This did not go unnoticed and they were quickly becoming famous for more than just their pizzas.

This location is small, but it’s nice and cozy and the old photos hanging on the walls add a nice personalized touch. The restaurant is clean and tidy, the service is good and the prices are average, to slightly above average. The food here is delicious, though. Everything is made with quality ingredients and always tastes fresh. Of course, if you visit Santa Lucia, you must try the ‘Santa Lucia Special!’ The menu boasts that this pizza is “everyone’s favorite” and it’s not hard to figure out why. It’s loaded with pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers; all on a fresh crust with a fantastic sauce. The last time we were there, we made sure we left enough room for desert, so had our leftover pizza boxed up to have for lunch the next day. The waitress brought us a Hugh slice of “colossal carrot cake,” with two forks. It tasted like it came from Grandma’s kitchen; moist, flavorful, and with a nice cream cheese icing; perfect with a cup of hot tea.
