This building is the most disgusting building to live in, im a resident at ridgeway apt managed by stamm investment. the quality of living here is poor at best. There are fire trucks and alarms being sounded monthly if not weekly. There are bursting pipes regularily which cause mold and bacteria to grow in the building. Stamms resolution to the problem is to cover it up with new paint or carpets yet the real problem lies beneath with the mold in my unit. i have been trapped in the underground parking for hours at a time making me miss work, wages and courses but stamm will do absolutly nothing about their mistakes. DO NOT MOVE TO A STAMM PROPERTY you will find it difficult to make it to the end of your lease. very discusting building overall.
