Buyer beware! Long design process and installation with many conflicts/mistakes. I had to catch the mistake that I was over charged over $3000 for a wall unit. End product was not what I requested. Took owner weeks to return my messages. No apology, ownership of mistakes or compensation. Blamed me, the customer for the mistakes. Customer service/satisfaction not a priority. Stay clear of Cerwood.
