This business is in Losses. I wanted to buy the business, but owner's friend told me that all information given to me was a lie. They bought the business for less than 60K with appliances & inventory as told by their close friend, and they want to sell it for 119K. Location is good, but previous and current owners always are in debts. Not ideal for grocery business at all.
