Amasala Bay Fine Dining

First thing I would like to do is correct the spelling of the restaurant. It's Masala Bay, not amasala. I will attach the url at the end of this. I love this restaurant. It is probably the best Indian food in both Kitchener, Waterloo and surrounding areas. For those that are new to currey, their Butter Chicken is really good and not all that spicy. Their Lamb Pasanda, which is Picatta of lamb cooked with cashew and saffron is incredible, though spicy. I also really enjoy their Paneer Korma, which is a mild delicacy of cottage cheese made with cashews,poppy and almond sauce, for those that are vegetarians. Their saffron rice is fantastic (this place really knows how to cook with saffron, which is one of the most difficult spices to cook with).
