Embrace Spa Inc

I really want to love this spa because the location is so convenient (in hotel off of Parkland), it's a lovely place, has great hours, and the staff is very nice, but I have not been blown away by any of the services I have received. Some very generous co-workers gave me a huge spa certificate when I went on leave, so I have had the opportunity to try out hair and spa services. The spa services weren't any better than anything I've gotten in the past. Most disappointing was my haircuts, which were never quite what I asked for (and I am keenly aware of what does and does not work with my hair). Now that my spa gift card is spent, I am not sure if I would return, unless I went back for convenience reasons. If I do go back, it will only be to get a trim on an existing hairstyle, not anything new.
