1. The company is very difficult to reach via phone. Their sales staff is constantly away from the phones. 2. Their (902) numbers have been disconnected as of 07/28/2011 and their domain name has expired, which makes me question their validity. 3. Finally, I have been waiting for 6 weeks for my order to arrive, despite this being a domestic purchase. I have never had to wait so long for an online dealer, even when ordering internationally. I will not be a returning customer. Hopefully my order still gets to me, otherwise I will be speaking with the Better Business Bureau.
