The Brick

I think it depends on what you are looking to purchase. I would totally recommend them if you're looking for an as is piece that you know up front you can not return or exchange. My husband and I just recently purchased 2 items from the brick, we were first time buyers from there but have dealt with Leons and Ashley furniture many of times before and thought that it would be a similar experience. One of the items we purchased had to be ordered in and would take a week before we could go pick it up from the warehouse. We picked it up and stored it in the box for about 2 weeks. We opened it on Thursday and noticed once of the pieces had a HUGE gouge in it. We called the Brick and were advised to call the warehouse. We left a msg, They did not get back to us until Monday, and stated that we had to notify them within 3 days and to call the brick. Called them back, was advised manager would call us back once gets out of meeting and have now been waiting 2 days. Never had these problems with other furniture stores.
