Last year I hired this company to do all of the above for a townhouse I own . He called me and told me the job was done , I did a quick inspection ( with my limited knowledge ) of the work and paid the man in full.This spring I get a call from my tenant telling me that the soffits weren't capped and the birds were building nests in the gaps that were left . Since the work came with a warranty and this was in fact really a job that was not finished I called them with my issue . He said he would be right out to fix my issue . That was 2 months ago,and many promised no shows and I still have soffits that are not properly finished and have many happy birds living in them . Thousands of dollars spent and too much of my time wasted
