Founded by Colonel Harland Sanders in 1952, KFC is now the world’s most popular chain of chicken restaurants. To this day the Colonel’s own blend of 11 herbs and spices is still used to season our Original Recipe® chicken and it still remains a very closely guarded secret. Shortly after we moved here we dropped in to pick up some delicious crispy chicken for supper. Upon entering we were a little disturbed to noticed the floor was incredibly greasy and in some areas it was almost small puddles. Add to that the ceiling looking like it was about to cave in and a bucket beneath that area catching the drips, it didn't paint a pretty picture. We left without ordering and have never returned. Maybe it was a one off occurrence but it was enough to put me off for good.
