Horrible...We had an appraisal done there are several things missing from it . EX; we have 7 built in app in the kitchen there is but 1 listed . the missing info is inside and outside of the house. We have made 10 attempts to contact the ARC reps and have had no response , they are there until we say we want to discuss our appraisal then all of a sudden the secretary tells us they have STEPPED OUT . we are filing a complaint .
