How I wish I could give zero stars! Please, never rent property from INE or Mr. Ingram. He is non-responsive, and a slum lord in the worst sense of the word. He does not care about his tenants, and is letting beautiful historic buildings deteriorate. I honestly cannot stress this enough: avoid INE at all costs.
