This library has always had a welcoming feel to it. I don't feel like I had to hush, just respect the people around me. They have a lot of DVD movies that you can take out for a week at a time, new releases as well as documentaries and classics. They have magazines, of every subject imaginable. They have, of course, books! lots of books! But my favorite thing about the Halifax Regional Municipality's Library is that you can go online and request movies and books and magazines. They will notify you when then have arrived at the branch that you have designated and you can go pick it up. They are a community focused staff, with lots of stuff going on for everyone!
