Masters Auto Collision

I've had cars back and forth in this shop for at least 10 years. I'm a small used car dealer and the owner there always gives me a square deal. I've had no issues with the quality of the work and I've referred many people. I'm really puzzled by the low ratings which is why I decided to post this review. The experiences I've had there are nothing like the 1 star reviews I've read on this site. Also this is a body shop, there are no mechanics working there. If someone has a problem with their cars front end suspension components they should take it to a mechanics shop. Fake reviews and especially fake negative reviews do great disservice to small business owners I think the same person is writing negative reviews all over the internet. If this is the case you should man up and go take it up with him directly. Trashing a small business owner from behind a keyboard is not doing anyone a service.
