Salt Shaker Deli

Love love love this place. Not only is this the place where I first tried mussels, but it is also the place where I first tried lobster. Yes, that is right, I am almost thirty, Nova Scotian, and I just tried lobster. I had a gluten free cider that I was very skeptical to try, but the server insisted that it was the best cider she has ever had--she was right. I ate some of my father's mussels, and my mom and I shared a lobster mac and cheese and club sandwich. The focaccia bread was tasty--the rest of the club was a typical club sandwich. The lobster mac and cheese was so delicious that I didn't even think to take the time to savour it. I ate it rapidly because I was sharing it, and I wanted the majority of it to myself.
