Paxton Shuttle Service

On July 22nd, we had pre-paid for Paxton Shuttle Service to supply two limousines for our wedding. On the day of our wedding when my self and the grooms men went out of our hotel to be picked up by our limo. Paxton had sent a shuttle van instead, this was due to the fact that our limo had broke down. Paxton had given us 0 notice to make other arrangements, so we were forced to use there shuttle service. When I called the owner, he was quite rude about the who situation. He said that he already talked to some one and they he was going to give them a free limo ride. I told him that neither me nor my wife talked to him and we are the ones that booked and paid for these limo's. He then said that I should figure out who called him and talk to them. I told him no I am the one that paid for the service so I am the one he should be dealing with. He then said that he would reimburse me the difference between the shuttle van and the limo. Which the shuttle van was 80$/hr and the limo 110$/hr.
