My Aunt called me up telling me that she had a big dark brown stain on her garage floor. When I came to have a look at things, oil was leaking from the oil filter. The car had ~4K on it since it's last oil change so I decided to just do one for the car. I kid you not, I was able to remove both the filter and the oil pan drain bolt with just my fingers! On top of that, the filter they used was an economy Parts Master model. I'm sure this meets spec, but to charge $75 for an economy oil filter and 4.5 L of conventional oil is a major rip off. Moreover, the car specifies 5W-20 and they added 5W-30. Finally, after the original change, my Aunt noticed that they wrote down the current vehicle mileage on the "Next Service Appointment" sticker. When she called suggesting that a mistake was made, she was told that they always do that. I've never heard of any place doing that, instead most places add 5K to your current mileage and 3 months from your visit. I highly recommend that you stay away.
