I had gone in to buy nhl15. When I called in to ask about the redemption code not working I was treated like crap on the phone. Then Hung up on for being irritated with the customer service all together the people who work there are full of themselves know it all type. And think they are too busy to give you proper customer service. I'd give it a 1/5
