Not even worth one star. I asked for "auburn/brown" and nothing DARK. AT ALL. And I left the salon with virtually BLACK hair. I went back saying I was unhappy and they offered to fix it. They lightened it barley even one shade and kept telling me how it was "soooo close" to the picture I brought in which is a laugh because it's nowhere near being close. I now have to get a color correction done to strip out all the dark in my hair which will cost me about $250 ontop of the $140 I spent to have something I could've paid $10 for out of a box dye! Even after being nice and telling the manager how upset I was and how awful this hair color is and how bad it's making me feel the manager refused me a refund.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Worst service imaginable and so incredibly unprofessional to be arguing with a client who is this unhappy with their result. And to top it off, to listen to the manager argue with me, telling me I'm wrong is absolutely RIDICULOUS. They've wasted a large amount of time and money.
