My mother-in-law lives at Heritage Place and we could not be more pleased. The owners have truly kept the heritage aspect in the renovations: the large timber posts, brick wall in the halls, and wrought iron fixtures, for example. The hallways are wide and spacious, not narrow like hotel corridors. But most importantly, the building is maintained to a "T'. Ron, the custodian, is on top of every aspect of keeping the building spic & span and in working order. We ourselves are looking forward to moving into Heritage Place Apartments when it comes time to sell our house. Top notch in all respects.
