Heuvelmans Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Ltd

I take my car for an oil change about twice a year, and have also had to have warranty work done a few times. I find the women in service to be really courteous and quick here. They always ask if I need a ride, which I usually decline because I just do some shopping in the plaza next door, and their time estimates are always reasonable and accurate. I really like that they don't pressure me into getting all sorts of things fixed, which I have noticed when taking my car to be serviced at dealerships in Toronto ($80 for wiper blades, $200 for brake service, etc - yikes!!). I got my winter tires put on last winter, and the price quoted was really reasonable. I also find I can make appointments to have my car in within a reasonable time frame, instead of waiting weeks. Overall, I find Heuvelman's to be an honest and efficient dealership in terms of service (I bought my car in Toronto).
