Worst environment an employee could put themselves in. The co-owner, Julius Toth, is an alcoholic that runs his shop with threats and fear. During my time at Boss Tooling most employees were students and new to the trade, but neither Julius or the 2nd co-owner Ted Bozak, where willing to teach. In short, stay away from doing business with this hell hole of a machine shop.
