I spoke with Lou regarding a shower in our house that was only able to produce very hot water. Upon his request. I sent him images of the shower and the make etc. Although he was recommended, he never returned our call or email regarding the work - if he wasn't able to complete the work...it would have been great to hear from him. As it stands - the company/Lou is not responsive so I wouldn't recommend.
