Elmwood Apartments

This building is filled with druggies, it's not secure, has had many thefts and break ins, lots of problems with the suites, this is not a good place to rent from. I lived there and within 2 months of living here there have been numerous amounts of cops at our building many times at all hours of the day/night and most days of the week, I have also had my mail stolen, I've had a parcel that was dropped by Canada Post at my door in the apartment building as a "safe drop" stolen within 15 minutes of delivery. Management doesn't do anything for anyone living here, they could care less as long as every place is being rented out.... I've had to wait 9 months for a new stove because mine is broken... I've had to wait 2 months for a new fridge, and I've had to wait 6 months for a new dish washer due to it being broken. This place is the worst place I've ever rented from in my entire life. Only reason i ended up staying was to finish my lease so I could get my DD back. DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT IMMENSELY!
