This is not a clinic review but a reply to Tanyas review. Normally we take negative reviews as a way to learn and improve our services however, this review is unfair in the utmost and requires clarification. Our practice is very small. One vet and at that time 2 assistants. When we are dealing with a life threatening emergency, all staff are needed in the treatment area and that takes priority above all else. The day that this individual arrived we were in such a situation. She was informed of this and said she would wait. Just because a vet clinic does not have a full waiting room, it does not mean that there are no patients! We served her as soon as I could spare someone for a few minutes but when you are draining fluid from a pets chest as it struggles to breath, you don’t take a break to go and chat with someone about a bandage. Thank you to all my regular clients who are always so understanding when they have to wait in similar situations.
