I use to work there and Lee Smallwood terminated me because he claimed that I was too slow, I was not trained properly. My predecessor informed him that I would need more training because she didn't know much (she was only there for a month). Of course I would be slow they were giving me things I had no idea about. no one learns overnight! , he kept telling me he was going to train me, but he never did. I was treated horrible by most of the staff and Lee. He is not a leader, he is a dictator, he discriminates and judges tenants. When tenants call about maintenance needs, he judges them negatively on there lifestyles instead of trying to help them. The regional manager needs to be fired.
