Staff is a little difficult to find if you need help. And once you've found someone, they sometimes act annoyed that you need help. If you know what you need and know where in the store to find it, the experience is easy. Mind you, ever since another large competitor moved into the city, they staff really brightened up their smiles and are slightly happier to help. I keep going only because I know the store quite well and don't have to interact with alot of staff. It's nice that there's a Harvey's restaurant on site. That attacts me there as well.
