Minnie's Barber Shop

My experience with Minnie finds her to be a very snotty "un"professional. I called to redeem her own coupon that expired within the same week. Understandably she was booked and could not accommodate but nor would she honor her coupon at any other date. I find that rude alone but there may have been a good reason. Before I had a chance to question her or speak at all even, Minnie went off the rails with a VERY snotty attitude. She ended the call by hanging up. If, in the future, Minnie's business goes under I will not be surprised as to why. Minnie Crowder adds to the negative caddy stereotype to the stylists in this business. I'm am very disappointed and was caught off-guard.
